1. Hotel Bookings

• No free cancellation. Cancellation is subject to the hotel’s policy.

• Some hotels allow modifications with additional fees.

• Non-refundable bookings cannot be canceled or changed.

2. Flight Bookings

• Economy-class tickets are generally non-refundable.

• Date and route changes depend on airline policies and may incur charges.

3. Tour Packages & Cruises

• Cancellation 30+ days before departure: Full refund (excluding processing fees).

• Cancellation 15-30 days before departure: 50% refund.

• Cancellation within 15 days of departure: No refund.

4. Visa Services

• Visa fees are non-refundable once processing begins.
